Furniture Customization Process
Custom Furniture Process (Phone or WhatsApp: 7019 6871)
1. Initial Communication and Layout Quotation
We will first have an initial conversation via Facebook or WhatsApp to discuss what furniture you need, whether it's for a child's room, master bedroom, or a whole-house custom design. What are the approximate dimensions of the location? Once we receive the information, we can draw some layout plans and provide an initial quotation.
Please provide the following information if convenient:
- Estate name
- Apartment type/unit
- Floor plan (if available)
- Approximate custom content
- Name and WhatsApp number
2. Meeting with the Designer (No additional charge)
After getting an idea of the quotation, you can schedule a time to discuss your requirements with our designer. Our designers will draw simple designs and layouts on the computer on the spot.
3. On-site Measurement
Next, we will send a technician to take measurements and then produce measurement drawings. A measurement fee of HKD$500 will be charged, which can be deducted if you place an order for production later.
4. First Payment of 20%, Start of Design Process
Upon receiving the first payment of 20%, we will start the design process, which takes approximately 20 to 30 days. This includes in-depth design, style and dimension confirmation, rendering and engineering drawings, arranging on-site re-measurement, scheduling color selection, material selection, and so on.
5. Design Confirmation and Production Arrangement, Mid-term Payment of 40%
After the design and engineering drawings are confirmed, they will be sent to the factory for material ordering and production. At this point, a mid-term payment of 40% is required. Production time is approximately 28 working days.
6. Schedule Delivery and Installation
Around 25 days, we will call to schedule delivery and installation. At this time, the remaining 40% balance is due. Delivery and installation involve 3 steps: one day for delivery, one day for installation, and one day for finishing (* caulking and paint touch-ups). All three professional tasks are handled by experienced technicians to ensure quality.
