Delivery Notes

Depending on the type of goods, the delivery time is about 3-4 production cycles after the order is paid. Once the item arrives at the warehouse, customer service will call to arrange delivery. Customers can choose the following delivery methods when placing an order:

Pick up SELF DELIVERY
Customers can pick up at our warehouse in Tuen Mun or Guests can call for transportation by themselves. Guests need to arrange transportation and installation by themselves , suitable for small furniture

GOGOVAN DELIVERY

Customer service confirms the delivery time with the customer and then contacts GOGOVAN. The fee is charged by GOGOVAN . Customers can receive the goods downstairs at home and pay the delivery fee directly to the driver. Guests are required to arrange transportation by themselves Go upstairs and install.

Premium Delivery

Special car delivery, Including home delivery, the charge is $200 regardless of the number of items ordered. Shipping is free for orders over $3,500.

If customers require special arrangements, please contact customer service or make a note in the order and we will try our best to make arrangements for you.

Customer service will contact us 1-5 days before arrival to arrange delivery. Once confirmed, if there are any changes, please notify us 2 days before delivery, otherwise a $200 administration fee will be charged.

The courier service is subject to the following terms and conditions:

- The delivery date depends on the availability of vehicles in the area. The driver or installer will call to arrange it.

- If the guest cannot park downstairs, the additional parking fee incurred by the delivery shall be borne by the guest

- The premium delivery service does not cover outlying islands and remote areas. If you require delivery service, please check with our customer service staff for additional charges.

- If the delivery location is For housing estates, it is necessary to confirm that trucks can enter the village, otherwise additional charges may be incurred or the trucks may only be delivered to the village entrance.

- The street at the delivery address must allow trucks to park. After parking, the distance on flat ground must not exceed 30 meters , there must be no stairs, and the delivery address must be directly accessible by elevator. Otherwise, additional fees may be incurred or the delivery may need to be received in a parking space.

- Customers must ensure that large goods can enter the building entrance, elevator and home door before delivery, otherwise they may have to pay additional fees or receive the goods downstairs.

- If customers need to move the items up stairs, please consult customer service colleagues first about the additional charges for stairs. If you do not specify when placing the order , the driver may collect the goods on the spot or pick them up downstairs.

Faraway areas

Special remote area surcharge: HK$100.00

Some particularly remote areas include but are not limited to the following areas:

Sai Kung, Pok Fu Lam, Mount Davis Road, Sandy Bay Drive, South Bay, Chung Hom Kok, Tai Mei Tuk, The Peak, Tai Tam,

Ocean Park, Chek Lap Kok International Airport in the outlying islands, Tung Chung , Disneyland, Discovery Bay, Park Lane, mountainous and rural areas that cannot be reached by trucks, etc.
